Like clockwork, most people set them at the beginning of every year. We’ve mastered the art of making them SMART and yet REVISITING the GOALS we once set isn’t the most joyous task to look forward to once the year is in full swing.
Fear setting may sound like a new concept but it’s not. It’s all about taking our fears, anxieties and what we may regard as our worst nightmares and putting them to good use so that they work on our behalf instead of against us.
